No, it's not a scam. It's a company trying a new Web-based business model.
This is how it works.

Marketing Research. Advertisers and research companies want to know what people are watching and buying on the Net. This information is crucial to their marketing efforts and they need a more objective way to get the information than surveys, which are notoriously inaccurate.

A small tracker on a person's computer that monitors Web surfing gives objective information that is valuable to their efforts. If you don't mind a research or marketing company tracking your Web activities (they already know bazillions of people surf the sex and money sites, so that's not news to them), they will pay you for the info. It's similar to people who are tracked for their television viewing, or their shopping habits.

Privacy. These programs are voluntary, and reputable companies that use them make efforts to safeguard the identities of their clients.

AllAdvantage.com is new and so we don't yet know long-term how good their privacy policies are, but look at their web page and make your own judgments. People who get in early might make a good part-time extra income from their surfing and for the people they sign up for their downline. You get paid a set rate for the time you spend Web surfing up to a maximum, and each person you tell about the service who joins contributes a small portion of their Web-surfing to your account.

Earnings. We don't have a way to verify this, but AllAdvantage reports that current early activated members are averaging about $50 a month and their earnings may go as high as $1,000 a month. You can wait and see, or try to get in early.

Setting Up
